You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

Our pattern blocks are for domestic/personal/individual use only. All contents of pattern blocks (including instructions, photos and diagrams) belong exclusively to Haus of Vining. Pattern blocks may be used to create new original/non-derivative garment designs for domestic/personal/individual use, but pattern blocks and all their related materials may NOT be duplicated, reproduced, redistributed, or resold in any way. If business or commercial use of any pattern block set is desired, you must contact Haus of Vining to negotiate the proper licensing permissions. You must not assign or transfer your rights as a licensee in relation to any product without our prior written consent, which may be withheld at our discretion.

Our sewing patterns are for domestic/personal/individual use only. All contents of sewing patterns (including instructions, photos and diagrams) belong exclusively to Haus of Vining. Garments made from our sewing patterns and sold commercially (on any scale) are expressly forbidden.

Some products sold on this website may reference brands or business entities other than Haus of Vining in their title, description, and/or photos, for the sole purpose of indicating Haus of Vining’s product compatibility with those products of the referenced brand or business entity. Referencing of any other brand or business entity does not indicate that any product sold on this website is an official product of the referenced brand or business.
