Shipping policy

To calculate shipping, enter your entire shipping address at checkout to receive shipping methods, fees, and estimated timelines. We currently ship all physical items via USPS.

You will receive a confirmation email upon receipt of your order. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder. For digital item purchases (PDF pattern files), the download link will be included in this confirmation email.

The Haus of Vining office is located in California, USA. We currently only ship domestically to the United States for orders placed on this site. For International orders, you can purchase from Haus of Vining's Etsy shop: Haus of Vining on Etsy

All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days. Estimated time of delivery is dependent on delivery location, and delivery method selected.

For USPS Priority Mail Express shipping: If you are placing an order for Express delivery (next day to 2 days delivery time), please reach out to us PRIOR TO COMPLETING YOUR PURCHASE via e-mail (hausofvining@gmail.com) to confirm that this option can be facilitated. Upon receiving confirmation of your request, your order must submitted by no later than 3:00PM (PT) on M-F, or 1:00 PM (PT) for Saturday, (Express order dropoffs cannot be made on Sunday).
